Well, the title says it all...
I haven't touched this thing in (it says 22 weeks) a while...it's probably right...
Big things as of the past few months...
-switched karate schools after the fiasco at the spring tournament and to keep my sanity...
-have been attempting to actually make my place closer to livable...
-passed the Tiger test in the middle of June...(hence the icon)...:)
-got to do the old shpiel of winning random stuffed thing for Ami at Lagoon earlier in the day before the Tiger test...(bright orange floppy dog...his name is Phil)...
-finally got a new stereo in my car so my sanity is not further lost by having the old deck spit out the tape adapter every 15-20 seconds...Pioneer deck + 4 Pioneer speakers > factory equipment...(Lordi sounds even better now)...:)
-hoping I can get the fuel pump swapped out tomorrow...
-my parents are possibly moving to Florida...still don't know how I feel about that one...
-got elected Requiem ST...and have since been trying to find time to do things for it that I need to do...may have to cut the dead weight from my schedule and just go back to being a player...dunno yet...
-busted my right wrist at work...after a month, the idiot "doctor" at the med. clinic I had to go to finally sent me to a specialist...this guy actually knew what he was doing and, unlike the first guy, actually showed me my goddamn x-rays...turns out there's no broken bones in my wrist/hand, but he's thinking there's some tendonitis on the left side of it, and probably some ligament damage on the top part of it (more easily explained in person)...
-have started praying to the gods it'll be fine by October, cause I ain't missing the damned tournament...

BTW, let me know when your doctor's appt. is. I really want to go and see what the hell is going on.
I forgot you were so into marshal arts. You'd get along great with my best friend.... Or kill each other. :)
sucks about the hand. Hope it gets better soon. Jeff and I want to have a game night with you and Ami and whoever else one night soon. Let me know what your schedule is. | |
